Your choices begin online. Before production, your design, materials and measurements are reviewed personally.
A considered process should be easy to understand. You need to know what you are choosing, what happens after the order and where to raise a question. At de Hoogh, the model provides the starting point. The available options and the personal review then bring that starting point closer to you.
1. Find the model that fits the occasion.
Explore the four lines and look at the garment as a whole: its shape, its intended role and the details shown. Think about where you expect to wear it and which pieces it will join. Read the product information for that specific model, including the material choices and the process described.
A clear starting point makes the later decisions more useful. If you are uncertain about the model or a particular requirement, note the question before moving through the options.
2. Explore the supported choices.
Open the personalisation steps to see what is available for your selected garment. Some models offer several fabric and design choices; others have a narrower set. Where optional Signature fabrics carry a supplement, review the stated amount with the selection. The choices shown for one model do not establish what is possible for another.
Before continuing, review the selected options together. Check that the summary reflects the combination you intended. If the main photograph is a reference model rather than your exact combination, use the selection details to keep your design clear.
3. Follow the measurement guidance after ordering.
After your order, we send the relevant measurement link and guidance. Follow the instructions provided for your order. If a step is unclear, ask before guessing. Useful context includes how you like your clothes to fit and any particular concern you would like discussed.
A measurement is one part of the picture. A preference such as having comfortable room when seated, or normally wearing another layer underneath, is worth explaining in words as well. Keep the details connected to the garment you have chosen.
4. Bring everything together in the review.
We personally review the design, material selection and measurements before production. This is the moment to resolve questions about the selected options and clarify expectations. A request outside the available choices needs to be discussed and confirmed; adding a note alone does not establish that it can be made.
If a conversation would help, request one. Arrangements are made personally. The review should leave the intended garment and any remaining decisions clear before the work moves forward.
Keep the final details close.
Retain your order information and the confirmed choices. Refer to the timing communicated for your own order, and raise any important occasion or deadline early. Personal clothing benefits from an accurate brief and clear expectations. The aim is to make each decision understandable, from the first fabric choice to the moment you put the finished piece on.
